  • Is there a fee to participate in The David Project? Yes, the fee is based on the program desired. If you wish to discuss the amount of the fee or have any other questions, please contact us at
  • How often are classes held? Most people choose the program track held once per week. Our program tracks are completely customizable to needs and desired outcomes. Each student is expected to complete all required reading and homework in between classes. There are times when we opt to skip a week in order to accommodate the majority‚Äôs schedule, especially around weeks which include a major holiday, spring break and winter break.
  • Are there any prerequisites to being considered for The David Project? Yes, you must have some background in music and be able to sing. Each student is evaluated for acceptance into The David Project based on musical ability/potential on a case-by-case basis and acceptance is entirely the at the discretion of The David Project leadership.
  • Will I have to audition? Yes, all students must be prepared to audition in person or via audio or video audition clip. In the audition you will sing one or two songs and if you play an instrument, you should also be prepared to play as part of your audition.
  • Do I have to submit a recording? Yes, especially if you are unable to audition in person, you must submit a CD, DVD or MP3 of yourself singing at within one week of your submission of the Application. The recording does not have to be professional quality, it may be a recording captured with your cell phone or computer recorder. It is required that you are the singer and that you can be heard clearly.
  • How long does it take after I submit the application before I know if I am accepted? After we receive and review your Application and audition piece, you will be contacted and interviewed. Immediately after the interview process, You will be contacted within 48 hours.
  • How many students are accepted to the David Project? Generally six to ten per program are accepted. This allows us to spend intensive one-on-one time with each student which generates greater opportunities for specific and immediate detailed feedback, highter retention and accelerated growth and learning capabilities.
